Education Financing Policy : Implementation and Impact in Madrasah Aliyah

Purpose: This research analyzed the implementation of education financing at MA Nurul Haq Semurup as well consequences and impacts these policies on Sharia economy, educators personnel, madrasah environments, learning activities, students.Design/Method/Approach: use descriptive qualitative approach. Sources data came from principal teacher by using a instrument in form closed interviews. The obtained is then processed stages understanding substance standards contained government scientific articles, analyzing results interviews, policies, verifying drawing conclusions.Findings: showed that was carried out two ways, namely investment costs focused facilities human resource development, operational focusing educators' salaries student consumables, indirect education, power subscriptions services. management implemented has an impact Economy (muamalah avoids Maysir, Gharar, Haram, Riba), improving competence cleanliness comfort environment, harmony between fellow systematic, measurable, orderly governance, activities become interesting, meaningful, effective, efficient, spirit leadership, independence, discipline students formed, gain theoretical practical learning.Originality/Values: contribution this can provide valuable information related to reference choice for other schools expenditure have been set do not ignore provisions sharia economy.
